Embodied Invite

You’re invited to an embodied journaling practice for women with cycles who draw inspiration from faith in Christ, the Word that became flesh.

Each month you'll get an illustrated zine with reflection prompts that invite you to pay deeper attention to the embodied spiritual life.

Your human-created physical zine arrives at your physical address with the following:
- The Daily: Words for meditation, typically scripture but sometimes other quotes to sit or move with that inspire an embodied Christian spirituality
- The Seasonal: A short reflection with something to ponder for the season
- The Cyclical: 4 journaling prompts with space to write for each of your menstrual cycle phases, such as the Menses, Follicular/Ovulatory, and Luteal phases. Includes questions that help you connect intentions, body stewardship practices, and observations across your cycle.
- The Practical: Phone-free reflection space for whatever you want such as takeaways, includes a custom tracker that doesn’t leak your data online.

We don't need MORE information, endless scrolling, and comparing. We need practices that help us slow down, reflect, and discern based on our real lives and needs. You're invited to grow in listening to your body, inner life, and practicing discernment from a grounded place in your real life where God's embodied & unfailing love shows up.
