Terms & Privacy

This is a simple overview of how StampFans works for both Subscribers and Creators. It is not a substitute for the full Terms below, but it explains the essentials in plain language.

For Subscribers

When you subscribe to a StampFans, you receive every physical letter that the Creator sends for that specific StampFans. Creators choose when to send mail. They may send nothing in a given month, and they may not send more than one letter per month. Because subscriptions don't guarantee regular mailings, we do not issue refunds for months when no mail is sent. Refunds are only available when a Creator sent something and you didn't receive it. Your address is never shared with Creators or anyone else—it's used only to deliver your mail. We currently mail to the US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia.

For Creators

You always own the content you upload. You must have the rights to everything you send (text, images, designs, etc.). You set your subscription price. StampFans keeps $3 per subscriber per month, and you receive the rest. Payouts go out on the 5th business day of each month. You are responsible for the content you create and must follow all laws and platform rules. Subscriber addresses remain private—Creators never see them.

StampFans Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StampFans ("StampFans," "we," "us," or "our"), a platform that enables Creators to send physical mail to subscribers. By using StampFans as a Subscriber, Creator, or visitor ("User"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

A separate Privacy Policy governs our handling of personal information.

1. DEFINITIONS

"Creator" (or "Publisher") means any User who uploads content to StampFans for printing and physical distribution to Subscribers.

"Subscriber" means any User who pays for and receives mail from one or more StampFans operated by a Creator.

"Content" means any text, images, designs, or other material uploaded or submitted to StampFans for publication, printing, or distribution.

"Service" means all features, functionality, websites, infrastructure, and services offered by StampFans.

2. SUBSCRIBER TERMS

2.1 Nature of Subscription

Subscribing to a StampFans publication entitles you to receive each physical letter mailed by that Creator within that specific StampFans only. Creators may operate multiple separate StampFans, and your subscription applies only to the one you joined.

2.2 Frequency of Mailings

Creators determine their own mailing frequency. Creators may not send more than one letter per month per StampFans. StampFans does not guarantee that Creators will send mail in any given month.

2.3 Refund Policy

Subscriptions do not entitle Subscribers to regularly scheduled mailings. Accordingly:

Subscriber fees are billed monthly via Stripe. To view, modify, or cancel your subscription, use the link provided in your subscription confirmation email or on any StampFans creator page.

2.5 Mailing Availability

StampFans currently delivers mail only to addresses in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, and Australia. Subscriptions associated with other regions will not receive physical mail.

2.6 Subscriber Privacy

StampFans does not share Subscriber addresses with Creators or third parties.

Creators:

Addresses are used solely to deliver Creator mail. If a Creator deletes their account, StampFans will notify Subscribers on the Creator's behalf. Subscriptions cannot be transferred to any Creator or third party.

3. CREATOR TERMS

3.1 Ownership of Content

Creators retain full ownership of all original Content uploaded to StampFans. Content remains protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. StampFans does not extract, reuse, train models on, parse, repurpose, or share Creator Content.

3.2 Limited License to StampFans

To operate the service, you grant StampFans a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, print, and distribute your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service. This license does not affect your ownership.

3.3 Intellectual Property Warranty

By submitting Content, you represent and warrant that you own all necessary rights, or you have obtained all required licenses and permissions to use and distribute that Content through StampFans. You agree not to upload Content that infringes third-party rights or violates law.

3.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StampFans from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from actual or alleged intellectual property infringement, content you submit, or your misuse of the Service. StampFans may refuse to print or distribute any Content we believe may violate these Terms or law.

3.5 Pricing and Payments

Creators set their own subscription price. StampFans retains $3 per subscriber per month as a processing fee. The Creator receives the remainder. Payouts are issued on the 5th business day of each month.

3.6 Creator Conduct

Creators agree not to use StampFans to distribute Content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, or deceptive; defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or libelous; unlawful or violating third-party rights; technically harmful (malware, viruses, worms, etc.); intended to disrupt or damage StampFans systems or those of third parties. Other forms of prohibited content include:

Pre-Fulfillment Content Review (Mandatory). All Content submitted by Creators is subject to mandatory human review by StampFans prior to approval, printing, and postal distribution. No Content is printed or mailed unless and until it is approved by StampFans. StampFans may reject, require modification of, or refuse to print/distribute any Content that we believe violates these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

3.7 Creator Account Deletion

If a Creator deletes their account, all active subscriptions terminate immediately and any pending payouts are forfeited; this measure is essential to prevent platform abuse and ensure that funds are only distributed for completed, long-term creator-subscriber relationships.

4. PLATFORM TERMS (APPLICABLE TO ALL USERS)

4.1 Account Suspension and Termination

StampFans may suspend or terminate any User account, including active Creator subscriptions, at our discretion if terms are violated; fraud, abuse, or illegal behavior is suspected; content or conduct poses risk to StampFans or others; account is inactive for more than 12 months. Upon termination, subscriber access ends immediately, Creator payouts may be withheld pending chargeback or dispute resolution, and no subscriptions may be transferred.

4.2 Address Accuracy

Subscribers are responsible for entering accurate addresses. StampFans is not responsible for nondelivery due to incomplete, incorrect, or outdated address information.

4.3 Mailing and Delivery Disclaimer

StampFans is not liable for delays, damage, loss, or failures caused by postal services, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control (weather, labor disruptions, carrier issues, etc.).

4.4 Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If a Subscriber initiates a chargeback, StampFans may debit the Creator's balance, funds may be withheld pending resolution, and excessive disputes may result in account suspension.

4.5 Modification of Terms and Fees

StampFans may update these Terms or modify platform fees at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

4.6 No Guarantee of Earnings or Performance

StampFans makes no guarantees regarding Subscriber growth, Creator revenue, mail delivery times, or platform uptime. StampFans is provided "as is" and "as available."

4.7 Brand and Trademark Use

Creators may not misrepresent their relationship with StampFans or use StampFans trademarks without prior written approval.

6. REPORTING & TAKEDOWN REQUESTS

Users, rights holders, and other parties may report alleged policy violations or request review of Content by emailing info@stampfans.com. StampFans will review reports and may pause fulfillment, reject Content, and/or take account-level enforcement actions as described in these Terms.

Rights holders or their authorized agents may submit claims of alleged intellectual property infringement by emailing info@stampfans.com or sending a letter to:

A complaint should include: (i) identification of the copyrighted or proprietary work claimed to have been infringed, (ii) identification of the material submitted to StampFans that is allegedly infringing, (iii) the complainant's name and contact information, (iv) a statement that the complainant has a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, and (v) a statement that the information provided is accurate and that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder. Upon receipt of a valid complaint, StampFans will promptly review the submission and may pause fulfillment, reject the content, and/or take account-level enforcement action in accordance with these Terms.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Florida.

Privacy Policy

StampFans operates the stampfans.com website. This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service, the StampFans website. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at stampfans.com, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your computer's hard drive. Our website uses these "cookies" to collection information and to improve our Service. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies, and know when a cookie is being sent to your computer. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Children's Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
