I’m Manos, a southpaw poet from Pittsburg, CA currently based in West Oakland.

Content will vary in topic and theme, but some things I’m ruminating on right now are self-love and responsibility in relationships, fatherhood, and masculinity.

Writing poetry helps me better understand the things I often overthink. And maybe what you read from me will help you make more sense of some things too.
